•  A N I brings personal attention to the entire hiring process for each Client requirement:

•  We work to achieve total understanding of Client needs and culture.

•  We present thoroughly prepared candidates and communicate both before and after the interview with both Client and Candidate.

•  We personally meet all Candidates and once on billing, touch base with Candidates and Managers on a regular basis to monitor progress.

•  We thoroughly check references.

•  A N I conducts informal in-house training sessions to assure that each core staff employee is educated in the issues and topics that concern the pharmaceutical and related industries. Topics include: Understanding the entire Clinical Development process from Pre-Clinical through NDA submission; Industry Trends, Clinical trials abroad, New Drug Approvals, Mergers, etc.
